English Premier League



Newcastle V West Ham


Newcastle trio Kieran Trippier, Harvey Barnes and Tino Livramento could all return after injury.

Defender Sven Botman will miss the rest of the season after knee surgery and Lewis Miley is out with a back problem.

West Ham's Edson Alvarez starts a two-match ban for accruing 10 yellow cards.

Lucas Paqueta and Nayef Aguerd need to be assessed, while Maxwel Cornet is back in training after six weeks out with a hamstring injury but lacking match fitness.

Mohammed Kudus, who missed Ghana's matches in the international break with a knee injury, is also being monitored.


Bournemouth V Everton


Bournemouth defender Max Aarons is fit to return from the hamstring injury which has kept him out since January.

Luis Sinisterra and Marcos Senesi are out with similar problems but Lloyd Kelly is back in training after a hip injury and has a chance of featuring.

Everton midfielder Idrissa Gueye recovered from a groin issue to play for Senegal in midweek.

This game comes too soon for Arnaut Danjuma, who is back in training after ankle ligament damage.


Chelsea V Burnley


Chelsea will check on the fitness of Cole Palmer and Ben Chilwell, who both returned from England duty with knocks.

Malo Gusto should recover from a virus but Carney Chukwuemeka, Trevoh Chalobah and Robert Sanchez are all sidelined.

Burnley have no fresh injury concerns but will be without David Fofana, who is ineligible to face his parent club.

Lyle Foster returned before the international break while Luca Koleosho, Nathan Redmond and Aaron Ramsey are long-term absentees.


Nottingham Forest V Crystal Palace


Nottingham Forest striker Chris Wood has recovered from the minor injury he suffered against Luton.

Defender Willy Boly limped off during the international break and joins Ola Aina, Taiwo Awoniyi, Gonzalo Montiel and Nuno Tavares on the sidelines.

Crystal Palace goalkeeper Sam Johnstone will miss the remainder of the season after undergoing elbow surgery.

Michael Olise is out despite a return to training, but Daniel Munoz and Jeffrey Schlupp are both in contention.


Sheffield United V Fulham


Sheffield United defender Mason Holgate is available after a ban, while Cameron Archer and Anis Ben Slimane could return from injury.

George Baldock is rated "touch and go" by manager Chris Wilder after limping off with a calf problem while on international duty for Greece.

Fulham have no fresh injury worries arising from the international break.

Defender Calvin Bassey returned early from Nigeria duty with a minor problem but is expected to be fit.


Tottenham Hotspur V Luton


Tottenham defender Micky van der Ven has recovered from the hamstring injury sustained in the win at Aston Villa.

Fraser Forster, Ryan Sessegnon and Manor Solomon remain long-term absentees.

Winger Chiedozie Ogbene joins Luton's lengthy injury list after suffering a hamstring issue on international duty.

Alfie Doughty and Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu suffered knocks in the recent draw with Nottingham Forest but should both be passed fit.


Aston Villa V Wolves


Aston Villa defender Matty Cash has been ruled out for at least a couple of weeks after suffering a hamstring injury on international duty.

Jacob Ramsey could return from an ankle problem but John McGinn serves the second of a three-match ban.

Wolves forward Matheus Cunha is pushing for a recall after missing the past six games with a hamstring issue.

Jean-Ricner Bellegarde, Craig Dawson, Pedro Neto and Hwang Hee-chan are all unavailable.


Brentford V Man United


Brentford defender Sergio Reguilon is suspended following his red card at Burnley two weeks ago.

Bryan Mbuemo is in line for a first start since December but Ethan Pinnock and Christian Norgaard remain out.

Manchester United could welcome back defender Lisandro Martinez, who has been missing since the start of February with a knee injury.

Harry Maguire returned from England duty early and will be assessed, while Amad Diallo serves a one-match ban.


Liverpool V Brighton


Liverpool will assess left-back Andrew Robertson, whose ankle injury is not thought to be as serious as originally feared.

Curtis Jones, Darwin Nunez and Ibrahima Konate have all trained and should be available but Diogo Jota, Alisson and Trent Alexander-Arnold remain out.

Brighton may be able to welcome back James Milner and Joao Pedro, while Billy Gilmour returns from suspension.

However, Jack Hinshelwood, Solly March and Kauro Mitoma all remain out.


Man City V Arsenal


Manchester City are without defenders John Stones and Kyle Walker, who both suffered injuries on England duty.

Manuel Akanji, Kevin de Bruyne and Matheus Nunes have been passed fit and Ederson is likely to start after recovering from a muscle injury.

Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta says "there's a chance" that injured trio Gabriel, Bakayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli will recover for this game.

David Raya will return after missing the win over his parent club Brentford.
