Lewis Hall has missed training this week with a thigh injury, while Tino Livramento has a slim chance of returning from an ankle issue on Saturday.
Tottenham forward Richarlison is absent with the knee problem that kept him out of the win over Nottingham Forest.
Fraser Forster, Manor Solomon and Ryan Sessegnon have long-term injuries.
Brentford v Sheffield United
Brentford can welcome Ivan Toney back to their starting line-up after a small muscle injury had seen him only fit enough for the bench last week.
They are also boosted by the return to fitness of both Ethan Pinnock and Kevin Schade.
Sheffield United will assess Jack Robinson, who came off with an ankle injury against Chelsea.
George Baldock, Rhian Brewster, Max Lowe, Rhys Norrington-Davies, Chris Basham and John Egan are all absentees.
Burnley v Brighton
Burnley manager Vincent Kompany serves a one-game touchline ban imposed after last month's red card at Chelsea.
Dara O'Shea is also suspended following his dismissal last weekend but goalkeeper James Trafford is available after recovering from illness.
Julio Enciso and Tariq Lamptey have been added to Brighton's injury list, leaving them without nine players.
Billy Gilmour, James Milner and Adam Webster are making good progress in their rehabilitation but remain out.
Man City v Luton Manchester City will check on the fitness of Phil Foden, who sustained a minor injury against Real Madrid.
Manager Pep Guardiola could not confirm whether Kevin de Bruyne is fully fit following sickness, or if Kyle Walker is ready to return from a hamstring issue.
Luton boss Rob Edwards says the Hatters remain without 10 players through injury.
Reece Burke and Teden Mengi are also doubts for Saturday's game.
Meanwhile, Issa Kabore will definitely miss out as he is unable to play against his parent club.
Nottingham Forest v Wolves Nottingham Forest are still without Willy Boly, Taiwo Awoniyi and Nuno Tavares because of muscle injuries.
Morgan Gibbs-White is a doubt for Nuno Espirito Santo's side after coming off injured against Tottenham.
Wolves boss Gary O'Neil is hopeful Matheus Cunha can make his first start since recovering from a muscle injury.
Craig Dawson and Hwang Hee-chan are back in contention, while Rayan Ait-Nouri is expected to be involved despite nursing a minor issue.
However, this game is likely to come too soon for Jean-Ricner Bellegarde, who has a knee problem.
Bournemouth v Manchester United Bournemouth are without Antoine Semenyo and Marcus Tavernier, who sustained injuries in last week's loss at Luton.
Defender Chris Mepham is ruled out through illness and joins Tyler Adams, Ryan Fredericks and Luis Sinisterra on the sidelines.
Manchester United's Marcus Rashford faces a late fitness test after being forced off against Liverpool.
A knee injury will keep Scott McTominay out, while defenders Raphael Varane and Jonny Evans remain absent.
